The Strawberry Swing was my first outdoor event as a vendor!  We really were so very fortunate as far as weather.  It did not rain. There was not a strong wind. It was not 100 degrees outside. I honestly believe that the beautiful cool air helped this event tremendously!  There were Swag bags for the first 100 visitors. There was great music and food vendors!  There were crafts and activities for the kids!

Strawberry Swing

 I have been sewing and sewing. I am getting ready for a craft fair called the Strawberry Swing.

I am in the process of making 2 very cute strawberry pillows. I made these totes, a messenger bag(http://www.michellepatterns.com/), and a backpack all with strawberry themed materials.

I made this bag from a pair of my daughter's old jeans.

I used the back pocket as a pocket in the front and

the front pockets as pockets on the inside.

I also attached a key ring to a tab on the outside so she can attach things

she picked out the lining fabric from my stash of scraps
